My name is Mamie Barden and I would describe my teaching style as easy-going and friendly. Though I have been practicing for years, I became more passionate about yoga after becoming a mother. Now more than ever, I appreciate the inner peace that yoga brings. My main goal is to help my students find more inner peace as well, uniting the mind, body and soul through yoga.
I am qualified with British Wheel of Yoga [500-hour diploma] and hold a Level 4 NVQ in Yoga. I am first aid trained and DBS checked.
I am open to teaching all levels of students, whether you are a first time beginner at yoga, or you can backbend into a handstand! I am also very inclusive, and encourage people from all cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds to join my classes. LGBTQ+ welcome.
